Inside the tether

How to install your Polar Home
1. Click in the tether arm
Click the tether arm into the Polar Home machine and rest the other end over the rim of your tub.
2. Fill your tub
Fill your bathtub with regular tap water until the tether sits at least 5cm below the surface.
3. Connect and plunge
Plug in, set your temperature on the panel or the app, and let Polar Home take it from there.
