1. Connect the hoses
Click the quick connect hoses between the pod and the Eco Chiller. No tools needed.
2. Fill with water
Fill the pod with a regular hose. About 250 litres to the fill line.
3. Set your temp and plunge
Dial in your temperature on the app. Start at 15°C and work down to 10°C as you adapt.

Polar Eco is designed as your entry into cold therapy. It cools to 10°C with a compact 0.3HP chiller and nylon pod. The Pro and Mini models use more powerful chillers (0.8 to 1HP), cool down to 3°C, include ozone sanitization and triple stage filtration, and come with rigid tubs. The Eco is perfect for getting started, with the option to upgrade later.
Initial cooling to 15°C takes approximately 4 to 5 hours. After the first cool down, the chiller maintains your set temperature continuously so it's always ready when you are.
Polar Eco is designed for indoor use only. If you need an indoor and outdoor solution, consider the Polar Mini or Polar Pro which are built to handle outdoor conditions.
No. Do not use chlorine, bromine, or any chemical additives as they can damage the cooling system. The built in 20 micron filtration keeps water clean. We recommend changing the water every 2 weeks for personal use.
For beginners, start with 2 to 3 minutes and gradually work your way up. Experienced users typically plunge for 5 to 10 minutes. Listen to your body and build up over time.
Polar Eco comes with a 1 year product guarantee covering 1 to 1 exchange or free repair for any product defects (excluding damage from misuse or unauthorized modifications). Even after your warranty ends, we provide continued support and repairs at minimal cost.
