The plunge work very well, enjoying every single day. the customer care is very efficient.
Dear Polar Plunge team, despite having the challenges and several delayed I had with your product I must say the team was ready to reply to my daily follow up and I felt a genuine care which was very much appreciated.
However there is a challenges you have to look in to with the local current distributor and partner that you working with and they were not efficient as you wish or expected.
No instruction were included on how to connect all the tube and set up the refrigerator in addition you should write down some tips on how to maintain at his best performance the machine (such as water / filter change, usage of chlorine or not and how the application work and for how many mn you hv to set up the ozone)
once its all set up I give for now a 5 star for the plunge itself hopefully it will last for couple of years.
in regard the rest I think you can make small improvement giving an over all best experience from the beginning to the end avoiding frustration to the customers and i would give a 3 stars for now.

It is worth the money as i have been wanting to do cold plunge for a long time with this product it is easy to set up and looks good.
Did some heavy shopping and found polar plunge.. bought it for my bad knee and mental health. As a guy at his late 50s and bad knee, i had trouble setting it up, they came over and helped out promptly. Great quality overall.
Timely shipping from polar plunge, great customer service had some questions about the set up their reply is very timely help me set it up with ease. I have been plunging for 2 weeks now, love how i can set up the schedule with the app and also managing while i am not at home, definitely ease my cold plunge routine, changed how i do my plunge daily, love it.
Its great to have whatsapp support however its always delayed and slow in response.
Poor instructions on setup and must be improve.
Chiller and plunge tub come as seen and are excellent value given current market rates for this equipment and product offered. Well packaged and slick and elegant design..
Instructions for self-assembly and parts are limited and could be more explicit, but overall simple to put together and customer support is timely and personable where required.
Albeit I have had my chiller for a short time, it is working precisely as one would reasonably expect.

Awesome product, i use it every single day until now.
After quite a bit of shopping around this was by far the most affordable read to go option for SE Asia. Everything else reasonably priced I could find was USA and 110v. Shipped quickly, setup was easy. Customer service is amazing, very responsive. Highly recommended.
The product arrived very fast from Malaysia to Singapore. It took me less than an hour to set it up and I could take my first bath only 2 hours after plugging it in. High quality ! And thank you to the team
