Warranty Coverage
All Polar Plunge products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers internal defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions. It applies only to issues that are not caused by customer misuse, improper handling, or external factors.
Any warranty claim, including repairs or replacements, does not extend, renew, or reset the original warranty period.
During the warranty period:
• If a defect is identified and the issue is repairable, Polar Plunge will carry out repair service at no cost
• If the product is assessed by our team and deemed unfixable, a one to one replacement will be provided
• All repair or replacement decisions are made based on inspection and assessment by the Polar Plunge team.
Service Coverage
• For customers within Malaysia, service will be provided on site
• For customers in Singapore and Thailand, units are required to be sent back for inspection and servicing
After Warranty Period
After the 1 year warranty period, servicing and repairs will continue to be available at a nominal cost.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage, customers are required to:
• Use the product according to the instructions provided
• Replace the water filter every 2 to 3 weeks
• Clean the mesh filter located behind the chiller regularly
• Maintain proper water conditions and ensure correct setup at all times
Proper maintenance is essential to prevent damage and ensure long term performance.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
• Customer negligence, improper use, or mishandling
• Physical damage such as dropping, excessive force, or impact
• Electrical issues caused by unstable power supply, surges, or improper connection
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering with internal components
• Normal wear and tear including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading
• Environmental factors such as extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or corrosive exposure
• Failure to follow maintenance and care instructions
• Failure to use a Polar Plunge approved filter, or use of non approved filters that result in restricted water flow, blockage, or internal damage, will immediately void the warrant
