Change every 3 to 4 weeks of daily use. Cloudy water, weaker flow or a filter that looks like this means it is due.

Swap it in seconds
Power off the chiller, open the filter cover, lift out the old element and drop in the fresh one. Hand tighten the cover and you are done.

When will my filters ship?
Filters are in stock. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days across Malaysia, and we send tracking the moment they leave our warehouse.
Which filter fits my plunge?
Polar Pro, Pro Ultra, Polar Mini and Polar Home all use the same 20 micron filter. Polar Eco has its own filter. Pick your plunge above and we send the right one.
Is the set of 6 worth it?
Six filters cost RM267, which is RM30 less than buying three sets of 2. You stay stocked up for months with just one delivery.
How often should I change the filter?
Every 3 to 4 weeks for personal daily use. Swap sooner if water flow drops or the filter looks dirty.
Is it hard to install?
No tools needed. Open the filter cover, lift out the old element, drop in the new one and hand tighten the cover.
