1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 One Year Limited Warranty

Polar Plunge warrants that all ice bath systems are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers internal defects that are not caused by customer misuse, improper handling, or external factors.

During the warranty period:

If the issue is repairable, Polar Plunge will provide repair service at no cost
If the product is assessed and deemed unfixable by our team, a one to one unit replacement will be provided at no additional cost

All repair or replacement decisions are made at the discretion of Polar Plunge based on evaluation of the product.

Any warranty claim, including repairs or replacements, does not extend, renew, or reset the original warranty period.


1.2 Post Warranty Support

After the one year warranty period expires, Polar Plunge will continue to support customers through diagnosis, troubleshooting, and servicing.

Repairs and replacement parts will be provided at a reasonable cost.


2. Service Coverage

Customers within Malaysia will be provided on site service where applicable
Customers in Singapore and Thailand are required to send the unit back for inspection and servicing

Service arrangements may vary depending on the nature of the issue and accessibility of the product.


3. Warranty Terms and Conditions

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be purchased directly from Polar Plunge or an authorized distributor
Valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, must be provided
The product must be used under normal operating conditions and in accordance with the user manual
The product must not be modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties


3.2 Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage, customers are required to:

Replace the water filter every 2 to 3 weeks
Clean the mesh filter located behind the chiller regularly
Use only Polar Plunge approved filters
Ensure proper setup, usage, and maintenance at all times

Failure to follow these requirements may result in damage and will void the warranty.


4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

Customer negligence, improper use, or mishandling, including physical damage, dropping, or excessive force
Water damage resulting from incorrect installation, sealing, or usage
Electrical issues caused by unstable power supply, surges, or improper connection
Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering with internal components
Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading
Environmental factors such as extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or corrosive exposure
Failure to follow maintenance and care instructions
Use of non approved filters or filters not supplied by Polar Plunge, or failure to use a proper filter, resulting in restricted water flow, clogging, or blockage of internal components, will immediately void the warranty.

Consumable items such as filters are not covered under warranty.


5. Warranty Claims Process

Step 2: Assessment

If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will proceed with repair or replacement.

We aim to complete assessment and servicing within a reasonable timeframe depending on the nature of the issue.


Step 3: Repair or Replacement

Repair will be carried out for issues that can be fixed
Replacement will only be provided if the unit is deemed unfixable after assessment

Shipping responsibilities will be determined based on the nature of the claim and customer location.


6. Limitations

This warranty is non transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty service may be limited if the product is installed in a location that restricts safe access for inspection or servicing.

This warranty is intended for standard personal use. Commercial or high frequency usage may be subject to different coverage terms.

All warranty decisions made by Polar Plunge are final based on evaluation of the claim.
