Thank you for visiting and shopping at Polar Plunge. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days if the items are in stock. If we do not have stock, we will provide lead time information on our website to keep you informed. Orders are and will be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping Policy: We offer free shipping across Peninsula Malaysia, this excludes Sabah & Sarawak. The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout based on the shipping method chosen.

  • International Shipping Policy: Shipping charges for international orders will be a nominal cost and will be displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time will vary based on the destination. All international shipment will be ship by air freight.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and tracking link. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Polar Plunge is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. However, we sometimes cover the import and handling fees for customers depending on the country. Our coverage varies, and we encourage you to reach out to our customer service for more information regarding the customs policies pertaining to your country. All other fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
