Since March 2023 we have built cold plunges that make cold therapy simple, reliable and part of everyday life, in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia.

Yang
Once an engineer, Yang turned his curiosity toward biohacking and performance. It started with bags of ice from the convenience store and the realisation that recovery shouldn't be this hard. From that frustration came the idea: a cold plunge system that makes cold therapy simple, reliable and part of everyday life.

Steven
An athlete from a young age with a passion for architecture, Steven shared the same drive for performance and design. When he joined Yang, their visions aligned, blending function with form. Together they set out to build a health brand with purpose, one that makes cold therapy accessible to a new generation.
Taking it further
James
Later, James, a financial specialist, joined to take Polar Plunge further. With his expertise the brand grew beyond its roots and now serves customers in more than five countries across Southeast Asia.
