our Founders: yang
once an engineer, turned his curiosity toward biohacking and performance. it started with bags of ice from the convenience store and the realisation that recovery shouldn’t be this inconvenient. from that frustration came the idea, to build the first cold plunge system in the market, designed to make cold therapy simple, reliable, and part of everyday life.
steven
an athlete from a young age with a passion for architecture, shared the same drive for performance and design. when he joined forces with yang, their visions aligned, blending function with form. together they set out to create a health brand built on purpose, one that makes cold therapy accessible and inspiring for a new generation.
james
later, james, a financial specialist, joined the team to take polar plunge further. with his expertise, the brand moved beyond its roots and officially expanded into more than five countries across southeast asia. today, polar plunge stands as the benchmark for cold therapy in the region, continuing to grow with the same spirit it was founded on, clarity, recovery, resilience.
