Warranty, stated plainly
Four months on the chiller. Twelve months on the tub, because the tub is new.
If it faults inside that window, we fix it or we swap it, and you pay nothing. After four months, repair service, same as any Polar Plunge unit. Parts and labour quoted before we start.
If it does not reach 3 degrees, it does not get certified and it does not ship.
Everything about your Certified Pro
1. Connect the hoses
Click the quick connect hoses between the Pro Tub and the chiller. No tools, no plumbing.
2. Fill with water
Fill the tub with a regular hose. About 350 litres to the fill line.
3. Set your temperature
Use the LCD panel or the WiFi app. The chiller reaches 3°C in under 6 hours.

No. Every Certified unit ships with a brand new sealed tub. You are the first person to sit in it.
Each one came back with a specific fault. A cooling issue, a pump, an adapter, or a control board. We name the fault on the certificate that ships in your box.
The part that failed has been replaced with a new one. The machine then runs continuously and is cooled to 3 degrees before it leaves the building. Your chiller is covered for four months.
Yes. Three degrees. We do not certify a unit that cannot reach it.
The chiller casing may carry light marks from its first life. We photograph every unit before it ships, so you see the exact machine you are buying.
