1. Warranty Coverage

Polar Plunge warrants that all our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.
During this period, if your product is found to be defective due to manufacturing faults and the damage is not caused by the customer, we will provide a one-to-one replacement of the unit at no additional cost.
1.2 Post-Warranty Support
After the one-year warranty period expires, Polar Plunge remains committed to supporting our customers. We will assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues with your product. While replacements will no longer be provided for free, we will offer repair services and part replacements at a reasonable cost.
2. Warranty Terms and Conditions
2.1 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must have been purchased directly from Polar Plunge or an authorized distributor.
- The original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided when claiming the warranty.

2.2 Exclusions – What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

- Electrical issues due to improper power supply, surges, or unstable voltage.

- Failure to follow maintenance and care instructions as outlined in the user manual.
