How to start cold-plunging
A brief guide to do ice bath and elevate your health!
How much ice do I need?
For starters, 10-15 degrees cold plunge for are optimal for recovery as recommended by olympian sports scientist from ISN.

- (3) bags - 10 degrees
- (5) bags - 4 degrees

When should I cold plunge?
1. IF YOU PLAY SPORTS
We recommend you to plunge into ice bath right after your sports session, it will be highly effective on recovery for your muscle and joints.
2. IF YOU LIFT WEIGHTS
We recommend you to plunge 4 hours prior-post workout.
3. FOR MENTAL HEALTH
There is no fixed time! Plunge anytime. Generally, doing ice bath first thing in the morning will significantly reduce stress & anxiety, preparing your mental state to be calm and conquer the day!
How long should I cold plunge?
We recommend 3 minutes each day, with 10-15 degrees cold if you are a beginner.
