We recommend you to plunge into ice bath right after your sports session, it will be highly effective on recovery for your muscle and joints.
We recommend you to plunge 4 hours prior-post workout.
There is no fixed time! Plunge anytime. Generally, doing ice bath first thing in the morning will significantly reduce stress & anxiety, preparing your mental state to be calm and conquer the day!
We recommend 3 minutes each day, with 10-15 degrees cold if you are a beginner.
