Welcome to PolarPlunge's comprehensive warranty service. This certificate serves as your gateway to a hassle-free claim process for your PolarPlunge ice bath product. Our warranty coverage is a testament to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Coverage Period: This warranty extends for 1 year from the original date of purchase. It is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Scope of Warranty: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and maintenance. It includes the repair or replacement of defective parts, at the sole discretion of PolarPlunge.

Exclusions: The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.
  • Damage from improper installation or maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from use in commercial, industrial, or non-residential settings.

Claim Process:

  1. Notification: To initiate a claim, notify PolarPlunge within the warranty period with a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Proof of Purchase: Submit a copy of your original sales receipt or another proof of purchase.
  3. Inspection: PolarPlunge may require inspection of the product to assess the claim.
  4. Resolution: If the claim is valid, PolarPlunge will repair or replace the faulty component or product. The decision between repair and replacement will be made at PolarPlunge's discretion.
  5. Amount of claim(s): Polarplunge offers one-time 1:1 warranty exchange by default.
